The Phases: The Pain Within

When the world feels like its ending

And the door you have opened closing

When there seems no way out

And there is no warming blanket

So sad your bones are breaking

When you stop living

Look with in your self

Experience it so well

Don’t be afraid to see the dark side

Maybe its not so dark as said

It’s okay to feel that way

Its not okay not to feel it anyways

Learn all the side of you

The bad and good

The rich and poor

The crazy and sane

The where and when

The everything and nothing

Then you know when to bring them

Or why you brought them

Maybe control them

But above all study them

Sit with them

Learn and unlearn

Feel and detach them

That it will be easier

No fearing know them better

They are the phases

For us to read as our pages.

Poem Description

This poem is for the people who think feeling like everything has ended; losing hope and having bad thoughts makes them feel even worse about them. But after all, they are our phases. Let’s experience them without feeling worse about ourselves, because by feeling them, we could learn and live with them. After all, there is always a struggle, but knowing that you could get out of them makes it worth living.
