Nelli Foumba Soumaoro was born in Guinea and speaks German, English, French, Arabic and five African languages. She studied social sciences at the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund, Germany, with a focus on « poverty and refugee migration » and « transcultural development policy » in Bonn, Germany.
Mr. Soumaoro has been involved and networked in numerous economic and political activities:
- She successfully initiated and led bilateral projects of several African presidents with Germany.
- He has a long experience as Plenipotentiary Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Guinea, Strategic Advisor in the Federal Chancellery in Berlin, in the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation (BMZ) in Bonn, also with several internationally known entrepreneurs in Germany from Germany and in Africa.
